Services

CPA work for complex Bay Area finances.

From stock compensation and crypto to startup books and nonprofit compliance — tailored consulting with clear communication year-round, not only at filing time.

Individual & equity tax

Planning and preparation for executives, professionals, and families — including RSUs, options, ESPPs, AMT exposure, and sale planning common in Silicon Valley.

Crypto & digital assets

Defensible reporting for wallets, exchanges, staking, and trading history — so messy on-chain activity becomes clean tax workpapers.

Small business & startups

Entity choice, bookkeeping support, and tax strategy for LLCs, S corps, partnerships, and venture-backed SaaS and tech companies.

Nonprofit, attest & advisory

Financial reporting, controls, board-level questions, and practical compliance for nonprofits and businesses that need more than basic bookkeeping.

Why clients hire us

More than a filing deadline.

Clients come to Radtke & Company when equity, crypto, entity questions, or nonprofit compliance need a CPA who can explain tradeoffs, plan ahead, and keep the work technically sound.

  • Led by Douglas Radtke, CPA — 15+ years across public accounting, taxation, controllership, and advisory.
  • Small local office with full-service capacity: tax, accounting, attest, and consulting.
  • Clear communication throughout the year — not just at filing time.

How it works

A clear path from first call to confident filing.

  1. 01

    Share your situation

Book a free initial consultation or complete the new-client intake so we understand equity, crypto, entity, or nonprofit complexity up front.

  2. 02

    Scope the engagement

We clarify deliverables, timing, and what documents we need — so you know what “done” looks like before work begins.

  3. 03

    Plan and prepare

Year-round guidance where it matters: withholding, estimated taxes, entity questions, reporting, and filing — with clear status along the way.

  4. 04

    Stay ahead of next year

After filing, we capture lessons for next season so equity events, crypto activity, and business changes do not become April surprises.

Our team

People who know the details — and explain them.
